Life has led me on a transformative yoga journey.
In 2021, after many years in the professional corporate world, I decided it was time to pursue my passions and share my love of yoga and nature with others. I started Vine Yoga after completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification with The Kaivalya Yoga Method/Mindful Purpose Institute. Since then, I’ve completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher and Yoga Barre certifications, along with additional training for yoga and fitness instructors, while teaching privately and in local studios.
My commitment to making yoga inclusive and adaptable, welcoming every body and every level, is rooted in my journey of healing and transformation. Each class blends mindful movement, healing sounds, and uplifting reflections to help you reconnect and build strength, balance, and flexibility from within.
My family enjoys city and lake life, so a mix of in-person and online classes helps keep our yoga practices and workouts consistent and our community connected!
